What is an integrity manager?

Integrity Managers are professionals responsible for ensuring that an organization adheres to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. They develop, implement, and oversee programs that promote honesty, transparency, and compliance within the workplace. Their duties often include conducting risk assessments, investigating breaches of conduct, and providing training to staff on ethics and compliance issues. By fostering a culture of integrity, they help protect the organization's reputation and minimize legal or financial risks.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be an integrity manager?

To thrive as an Integrity Manager, you need a solid background in compliance, risk management, and ethical standards, often supported by a relevant degree and industry certifications such as CCEP or CRMA. Familiarity with compliance management systems, incident reporting tools, and regulatory databases is typically required. These competencies are vital for safeguarding the company's reputation and ensuring adherence to legal and ethical obligations.

How does an integrity manager collaborate with other departments to maintain ethical standards?
