Integrity Consulting information

How does an Integrity Consultant typically collaborate with clients and internal teams to address ethical challenges?

Integrity Consultants often work closely with both client leadership and cross-functional internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and HR, to identify and resolve ethical or regulatory risks. They facilitate workshops, conduct risk assessments, and develop tailored policies or training programs. Effective collaboration and communication are key to ensuring that recommendations are practical and align with the organization's values. This role requires balancing advisory responsibilities with hands-on support to help clients build a culture of integrity.

What is the difference between Integrity Consulting vs Compliance Analyst?

AspectIntegrity Consulting
CertificationsOften requires certifications like CFE, CPA, or CIA

Primary FocusAdvising organizations on ethical practices, risk management, and integrity programs
Industry UsageCommonly used in corporate, government, and non-profit sectors

Integrity Consulting professionals focus on advising organizations to uphold ethical standards and manage risks related to integrity. Compliance Analysts primarily ensure organizations follow laws and regulations through monitoring and reporting. While both roles require knowledge of regulations and certifications, Integrity Consulting emphasizes strategic advice and ethical frameworks, whereas Compliance Analysts focus on adherence and enforcement of specific rules.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Integrity Consultant, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Integrity Consultant, you need a deep understanding of compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and ethical business practices, often supported by a degree in law, business, or a related field. Familiarity with regulatory databases, compliance management systems, and certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are commonly required. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills help you stand out when advising organizations on ethical standards and risk mitigation. These abilities are crucial to ensure organizations maintain legal compliance, protect their reputations, and foster a culture of integrity.

Description

Moser is seeking a forward-thinking, people-first leader to join us as our Director of Data Intelligence. This high-impact role will drive client success, grow the area of service, and shape the future of how our clients use data, AI, and visualization to empower their business.

The Director will lead a diverse team of consultants, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure delivery excellence across a wide range of client engagements. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving innovation, performance, and client satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
  • Culture and People Leadership
    • Lead a department of data engineers, visualization experts, and AI/ML consultants.
    • Build a culture where our team members feel supported and valued, where they're innovative, collaborative, and committed to continuous growth.
    • Drive delivery excellence by refining services, strengthening SDLC processes, and improving client outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) and Delivery Managers (DMs) to optimize our delivery model, balancing structure with flexibility.
    • Support career development and identify growth opportunities for all Data Intelligence consultants in partnership with the VP and Team Managers.
  • Business Development
    • Partner with sales to win new business and demonstrate to clients how data can transform organizations.
    • Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) to close deals.
    • Lead discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their challenges and showcase services effectively.
    • Help stakeholders maximize value from their data by leveraging modern data platforms, delivering data engineering initiatives, developing key metrics & visualizations, and/or exploring GenAI solutions.
    • Participate in RFP and proposal development, coordinating closely with technical leaders to shape solution approach and scope.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure collateral is current, relevant, and impactful.
  • Innovation, Emerging Technology & AI Adoption
    • Champion the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies & AI - to drive internal efficiency, improve delivery quality, and expand the value delivered to clients.
    • Establish and maintain a continuous intelligence practice: actively monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and evolving data & AI landscapes to ensure Moser remains at the forefront of the market.
    • Partner with technical leads and consultants to prototype, pilot, and productize innovative solutions that differentiate Moser's capabilities in the marketplace - driving the development of new service lines and expanding existing offerings.
    • Lead internal innovation initiatives and cultivate a culture of experimentation and learning within the team - creating space for consultants to explore new ideas, share insights, and bring forward-thinking perspectives to client engagements.
    • Define and track quality improvement metrics tied to AI and automation adoption, ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable gains in delivery speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships
    • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction across all engagements.
    • Manage conflict, scope changes, and challenges in a professional, solution-oriented way.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Department Leadership
    • Execute the Analytics department growth strategy in alignment with division objectives and participate in strategic planning for the division.
    • Oversee portfolio management, ensuring profitability, identifying risks early, and aligning pricing structures and service offerings.
    • Set strategic and operational goals, translate them into actionable steps, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
    • Make effective decisions in complex, fast-moving environments while providing transparency and clear direction.
    • Build strong cross-departmental relationships with recruiting, business development, CSMs, marketing, finance, and other directors, modeling Moser's culture and core values.
    • Champion continuous improvement of self, department, delivery processes, and consultants.
What We're Looking For
  • Bias for action: Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve service performance and strategy; exceptional ability to balance the need to deep-dive with speed-to-market.
