Position Summary 

As a Powersports Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right motorcycle, ATV, scooters, or UTV to match their lifestyle and needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and working in a fastpaced, fun environment. Success in this role comes from product knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers make confident buying decisions. 

 
 

What Youโ€™ll Do 

  • Greet customers and guide them through the powersports buying process 

  • Build relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and products 

  • Present features, benefits, and pricing confidently and accurately 

  • Coordinate test rides, paperwork, and vehicle delivery 

  • Work closely with finance, parts, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience 

  • Follow up with customers to build longterm relationships and repeat business 

  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer offerings 

  • Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals 

  • Represent Tom Wood Powersports with professionalism and integrity 

 
 

What Weโ€™re Looking For 

  • Previous sales or customerfacing experience (automotive or powersports preferred, not required) 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Motivated, goaloriented mindset 

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers 

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed 

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record 

  • Passion for powersports is a plus
