As a Family Medicine (FM) Physician, youll work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team that includes access to specialists, mental health professionals, and integrative medicine through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. This holistic, patient-centered approach is at the heart of how we deliver caresupporting every aspect of a patients health journey.

Practice Details:
  • Primary care team consists of 6 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 PA's, 3 NP, and 6 Internal Medicine Physicians.

  • 36 patient contact hours per week (Flexible FTE)

  • Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families

  • Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support

  • In-basket support while enjoying your time away

  • Clinic hours are Monday -Friday: 7:00 am-5:00 pm and closed Saturday-Sunday

  • We have a very active "Joy Team" that works to promote events that bring teams together to celebrate fun events. We have an onsite caf in the building, an outdoor eating area, and are located right on the Centennial Lakes walkway for easy access to walk during lunch.

Job Requirements

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required

  • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required

  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)

  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

  • ?ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range

Pay Range: $279,825 to $329,175 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
