Job description

In-Home Infusions/Injections Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN to support two clients in the Isle and surrounding area with the potential of a third client added. The current need is every other Friday, with both visits totaling approximately 7–8 hours. The first two hours of each shift are paid at $50/hr, with $45/hr for all remaining hours. This nurse will also case manage both clients, including plan of care development, 60-day reassessments, and supply ordering. Mileage will be appropriately compensated. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, relationship-based care, and a predictable, low-frequency schedule.
