The Opportunity:
As an Integration Team Lead, you will manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large scale program. You'll keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer. Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations. You will ensure your team is meeting these expectations as well.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the integration of individual projects within the larger program.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, including senior leadership, program managers, lead engineers, and customers.
  • Anticipate project needs and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
  • Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and present status reports, briefings, and technical exchanges to leadership and governance boards.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track progress and manage resources effectively.

Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Active poly (Background Investigation and Poly conducted in the last 4yrs)
  • Ability to manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams
  • 5+ years of managing a team of individuals
  • 5+ years of project initiation and tailoring
  • 5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs
  • 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking.
  • 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs
  • Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards
  • Experience presenting and briefing to various leadership personnel
  • Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings
  • Experience with working in team environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with using SharePoint
  • BA or BS degree

Desired:
  • Ability to create project documentation
  • ServiceNow experience

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
