Job description

Role: Project Manager – Interfaces & Integration (FACETS Claims Systems) Work model: Hybrid (onsite + remote) Location: DMV area — Baltimore, MD / Washington, DC (EST) Type: Contract-to-hire | Hours: 40/week Openings: 5

Overview

We’re building a strong FACETS bench to support a large healthcare payer modernization effort (migrating multiple claims platforms into FACETS). This Project Manager will lead integration/interface workstreams—coordinating cross-team delivery, testing, and release readiness for upstream/downstream system connections.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the interface/integration delivery plan: milestones, dependencies, RAID, and risks
  • Partner with business SMEs and technical teams on requirements, mapping, and validation
  • Drive SIT/UAT planning, execution tracking, and defect triage through closure
  • Coordinate release/cutover planning and production readiness for interface deployments
  • Maintain key documentation: interface inventory, data mapping summaries, test evidence, runbooks

Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Hands-on FACETS experiencerequired
  • Project/Program Management experience on integration-heavy initiatives (interfaces, system-to-system data movement)
  • Healthcare payer domain experience (claims platform ecosystem understanding)
  • Strong stakeholder management across engineering, QA/testing, data, and business teams

Nice to Have

  • API and/or batch/file-based integrations experience
  • EDI exposure (e.g., X12 834/835/837/270/271), if relevant to the workstream
