Job Summary:
Koniag Government Services is seeking a high-performing SETA Program Manager to support acquisition transition and program activities within Joint Operational Integration. The role involves leading coordination efforts, supporting strategic planning, and operational management while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities:
• Support the current government director in daily program execution and operational management activities
• Lead coordination efforts associated with acquisition transition planning and PoR transition activities
• Represent the director in acquisition transition discussions, meetings, and cross-functional engagements
• Assist leadership in developing and executing transition strategies for prototype-to-PoR efforts
• Coordinate with government, industry, and mission stakeholders to align acquisition, operational, and technical objectives
• Help build and mature a matrixed support structure across multiple programs/products funded through JOIP
• Develop briefings, status reports, strategic communications, and executive-level deliverables
• Track action items, risks, milestones, and dependencies across program activities
• Support synchronization between acquisition, operations, experimentation, and interoperability efforts
• Identify process improvements and help establish scalable PMO governance practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, or transition activities
• Familiarity with prototype-to-production/program-of-record transition processes
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or emerging mission environments
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and functional teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred depending on mission requirements)
Preferred:
• Experience supporting OSD, Joint Staff, SCO, or AI2-related initiatives
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition lifecycle and transition pathways
• Familiarity with interoperability, experimentation, and operational integration efforts
• Experience building or standing up new PMO/team structures
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and executive reporting environments
