Qualifications Enterprise product management experience: 6โ€“10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech. Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multiโ€location fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts. Vertical knowledge in at least one segment (pharma, retail, 3PL, manufacturing). Executiveโ€level communication with comfort presenting to VP/Cโ€suite stakeholders and guiding strategic accounts. Full product lifecycle ownership including research, competitive analysis, requirements, launch, and adoption. Platform thinking with the ability to balance scalability and customization. Crossโ€functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and partnerships. Analytical rigor: dataโ€driven decision making, ROI modeling, usage analytics, and customer metrics. Bonus Points Experience with multicarrier parcel management, enterprise TMS/WMS, or ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan). Background in pharma compliance (21CFR Part11), POD workflows, or healthcare integrations. 3PL platform experience (multiโ€tenant, client billing). Led largeโ€scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms. Interest in AI/ML for carrier selection, network optimization, or predictive shipping. International shipping experience (duties, taxes, crossโ€border carriers). Compensation The wage range for this position is $150,000โ€“180,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills, experience, and location as they relate to the job requirements.
