Job Summary:
Praescient Analytics is a leader in advanced analytics, data engineering, and technology integration solutions supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. They are seeking a Data Integration Manager to lead the design, integration, and sustainment of data pipelines and messaging systems to enable intelligence sharing across multiple networks. The role involves technical leadership, data governance, and team management in a secure, multi-domain environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the design, development, and sustainment of data integration pipelines and messaging architectures
โ€ข Oversee integration of structured and unstructured data across multiple platforms and networks
โ€ข Ensure interoperability between systems supporting the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) and related mission systems
โ€ข Guide implementation of API integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation workflows
โ€ข Implement and enforce data governance frameworks, metadata standards, and data quality controls
โ€ข Ensure compliance with IC and DoD data standards (e.g., ICD 501, ICS guidance)
โ€ข Support development and maintenance of data catalogs and tagging strategies
โ€ข Support integration of data across multiple security domains and networks (e.g., JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, coalition systems)
โ€ข Collaborate with Cross Domain Solution (CDS) teams to enable secure data transfer and accessibility
โ€ข Ensure compliance with classification, releasability, and security policies
โ€ข Lead integration efforts within cloud-based and hybrid environments
โ€ข Support deployment and integration of services within government-authorized cloud platforms
โ€ข Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of data systems
โ€ข Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, integration specialists, and analysts

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph eligible)
โ€ข Minimum 8+ years of experience in data integration, systems engineering, data engineering, or intelligence data environments
โ€ข Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience leading teams and managing work tasks of personnel conducting: Intelligence planning, Collection, Processing, Analysis & Dissemination
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation, including: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical documentation, Reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
โ€ข Strong expertise in: Data integration architectures (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch processing), Messaging systems and data exchange frameworks, API development and system interoperability
โ€ข Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud platforms)
โ€ข Strong understanding of: Data governance and metadata standards, Cybersecurity and RMF requirements, Multi-domain and cross-domain data environments
โ€ข Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
โ€ข Current DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification - IAT Level II (or higher). Examples Include: CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Cloud+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience supporting INSCOM, Army G-2, or enterprise intelligence platforms (e.g., AIDP, NGC2)
โ€ข Familiarity with AI/ML data pipelines and analytics platforms
โ€ข Experience with tools such as: Apache Kafka, NiFi, or similar data streaming platforms
โ€ข Elasticsearch, Hadoop, or big data ecosystems
โ€ข Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Data Engineer)
