Your role:
The Implementation Specialist ensures the successful delivery of ancillary application implementations by working closely with customers, Implementation Project Managers, and internal teams. This role is execution-focused and centers on translating approved designs and requirements into accurately configured, tested, and deployable solutions. The Implementation Specialist owns the configuration quality and readiness within assigned projects and serves as a key contributor to on-time, high-quality customer go-lives.
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements including segmentation structure.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, conducting meetings and providing updates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Execute creation of database/segments.
  • Complete core system configuration and implement ancillary applications based on approved requirements, solution designs, and implementation standards.
  • Responsible for data mapping, cleansing and transformation activities with customer data.
  • Perform hands-on quality assurance testing after data migration, integrations, data moves or segmentation splits/combinations to ensure solutions meet defined requirements prior to go-live.
  • Other job duties as assigned

What you'll bring to the team:
  • A passion for improving healthcare through technology
  • 1 year of technical/implementation project management experience ideally focused on Enterprise applications, including experience managing the integration of software into complex environments.
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • CMMS administration experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission, etc.)
  • Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management
  • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Work location:
Remote. Travel will be required.
Compensation:
FSI offers a competitive compensation package aligned with market data, internal role leveling, and individual experience. The starting salary is expected to fall within the range of $65,000 - $80,000.
