About the Role:
The Integration & Implementation Specialist will play a dual role in integration efforts for new acquisitions and onboarding new customers. They will ensure integration projects are executed according to established timelines and procedures laid out in the integration plan and/or implementation process. The position will support and engage employees/employers/clients accordingly to complete the project.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all assigned clients through the application and introduction of a Navia benefits plan   
  • Instruct all assigned clients on the regulatory and operational nature of their benefits 
  • Audit the technical setup of customer information in Navia applications prior to the clients go-live date
  • Ensure all related emails are sent to the client in a timely manner and saved in the appropriate location 
  • Ensure all related documents and files are received from the client and follow up weekly until received prior to the go-live date  
  • Ensure all tracking is up to date in Salesforce on a daily basis 
  • Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours of receipt 
  • Serve as the primary contact for large/high profile transitioning clients or customers 
  • Consult with acquired team members to determine the best plan structure and features based on go forward strategy
  • Coordinate and host migration Discovery sessions with acquired team members with assigned by given date  
  • Host employee and employer education training webinars when assigned by given date 
  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of projects in a timely manner 
  • Provide a high level of service in all interactions both internally and externally 
  • Maintain migration meeting notes and applicable trackers 
  • Assist with the execution of audits prior to migration go live 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and divisional groups to achieve established company goals and objectives. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 Work Environment:
Candidates within 30 miles of one of our four office locations may be asked to come into the office for a hybrid schedule depending on the role.

Requirements:
