Implementation Specialist โ€“ SimServeRx

The 3AM Implementation Specialist requires independence, exceptional interpersonal skills and an attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have excellent administrative and communication skills, an adept business sense, the ability to focus on meeting customer needs and desire to travel.

The Implementation Specialist will be required to perform onsite and virtual installation duties including, setup, training, and various other tasks for the SimServeRx product line. Onsite setup and training territory is the entire US.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult and provide input on Simulation Lab and educational workflows at the University level to successfully implement the SimServeRx system
  • Execute training plan and document under company guidelines
  • Unpack, Assemble, Setup and configure SimServeRx products onsite
  • Train all levels of interaction with the SimServeRx product, including IT personnel, SimLab staff, Faculty and Students.
  • Execute product training in field and via online training tools
  • Answer product related questions and assist in troubleshooting in field and remotely
  • Perform product demonstrations for new sales and ongoing post installation training
  • Identify technical issues and relay information to technical support team members
  • Assist in administrative / logistical tasks such as management of equipment being deployed at the customer site
  • Maintain customer training and site visit summaries
  • Complete weekly logs and expense reports
  • 50% overnight travel
  • Reports directly to CEO
  • Reports to Joelton office (Nashville) when not traveling.
Qualifications Preferred
  • AS/AA degree
  • 2+ years experience in a healthcare simulation/learning environment (Pharmacy or Nursing program) with technical systems involvement or with other healthcare computerized system applications
  • Training and teaching experience and moderate technical skills
  • Ability to assess client training needs and execute training based on needs
  • Experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, CoPilot, Outlook, ETCโ€ฆ
  • Demonstration of exceptional organization skills in a working environment
  • Working knowledge of software & hardware applications and accessories
  • Strong communication, accurate documentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude disciplined to work on the road, at client sites and corporate environments
