Director, Revenue Operations

Cerbo OptiMantra

Atlanta, GA • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Posted 15 days ago

Job description

The Company

Cerbo · OptiMantra is a healthcare technology company built for the practices actively changing how medicine is delivered. Our platforms serve functional, integrative, direct primary care, concierge, med spa, and behavioral health practitioners who need software that keeps pace with how they work -- not the other way around.

Each platform is a purpose-built EHR and practice management solution. Cerbo is architected for clinical depth: deep configuration, protocol-specific workflows, and the kind of flexibility that holistic and functional medicine practices require. OptiMantra is structured for scale: multi-modality breadth, out-of-the-box readiness, and the operational infrastructure that growing practices rely on.

Together, our two platforms form a leading presence in this rapidly expanding market. Our practitioners are redefining what a patient experience can look like. We exist to give them the technology foundation to do exactly that -- at whatever size and pace they choose to grow.

The Role

As Director of Revenue Operations, you will own the strategy, systems, data, and processes that power our entire go-to-market motion. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CFO — with a mandate to set the direction of revenue operations and translate company strategy into the pipeline, forecasting, and GTM discipline that leadership relies on to plan and make decisions. You will set the tone for how we operate, partnering with the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align targets, drive accountability, and turn fragmented data into a single source of truth.

This is equally a strategic role and a hands-on one. You will build out the revenue operations function from where it is today — standing up the structure, systems, and playbooks yourself — and scale a team beneath you as the business grows. You will fix what's broken, design what is missing, and set the standard for execution across the revenue engine.

What You will Do

  • Set and own the revenue operations strategy end to end — translating company goals into GTM targets, operating cadence, and the systems and metrics that drive predictable, scalable revenue.
  • Build and scale the RevOps function: stand up the structure, systems, and playbooks now, and hire, develop, and lead a team as the business grows.
  • Champion AI and agentic workflows across RevOps — identify where AI agents and automation can streamline GTM processes, sharpen forecasting and reporting, and remove manual work, and set the standard for high-leverage, responsible AI adoption across the revenue org.
  • Own the core GTM systems and processes — administer, configure, and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce (including the integration and data flow between them), and design and maintain the full lead-to-revenue process across lead routing, scoring, handoffs, opportunity stages, and renewal/expansion workflows.
  • Administer sales incentive compensation — commission calculations, quota attainment tracking, and partnering with Finance and Sales leadership on plan design and payouts.
  • Drive revenue forecasting, reporting, and data governance — build and maintain the dashboards and forecasting models that give leadership a single source of truth on pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue, and enforce the standards that keep the underlying data clean and reliable.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements, and lead the annual planning cycle — territory and quota design, capacity modeling, and GTM analytics.
  • Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process — pricing and discount approvals, quote and order accuracy, and a clean handoff to Finance for billing and revenue recognition.
  • Manage the broader RevOps tech stack and integrations (e.g., sales engagement, CPQ, data enrichment, BI tools), evaluating new tools as needs evolve.
  • Document processes and enable team adoption through training and clear runbooks.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, including time in a senior or lead role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building and scaling a RevOps (or adjacent) function — establishing the structure, systems, and processes from the ground up, and hiring, developing, and leading a team as the business grows.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management — comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with Finance and the CFO on planning and reporting.
  • Hands-on administration experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (certifications a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, dashboards, and models, and translating data into clear recommendations.
  • A process-oriented mindset with the ability to map, simplify, and scale cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with how ERP systems integrate with the CRM and BI stack.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, magic number) and recurring-revenue concepts.
  • Data-modeling experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator and HubSpot certifications.

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Paid Time Off and company holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits
  • Short-term and long-term disability Insurance
  • 401k plan with matching company contribution
  • Real ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech company

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in metro Atlanta, GA, and is currently remote. The business is targeting the buildout of an office in metro Atlanta, targeting being in person roughly 20% of the time.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
