Job Summary:
Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic and innovative subsidiary of Allegis Group, specializes in workforce technology and workforce transformation advisory services. The Integration Architect will ensure that client solutions are efficiently deployed and maintained, providing leadership and technical oversight for complex enterprise implementations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Architecture not only provides the business with what is needed, but also allows the business to implement effective solutions on time minimizing downstream maintenance, quality inefficiencies and long-term operational cost.
โ€ข Engagement goals with the Architecture team include leadership and execution coverage across the following three areas:
โ€ข Thought Leadership
โ€ข Solution Governance
โ€ข Lead Development for Solutions
โ€ข The Integration Architect functions within the HRT Transformation team:
โ€ข Provides technical and project leadership on complex end-to-end enterprise implementations, expansion opportunities and operational program efficiencies
โ€ข Leads requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment of client invoicing solutions
โ€ข Analyses clientsโ€™ business and technical challenges and designs comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments
โ€ข Oversees and supports project data collection, modelling and analysis
โ€ข Responsible for documentation and execution of system and integration testing, analysis, and validations, utilizing industry standard testing tracking software
โ€ข Execute design, configuration, and test plan for integrations, including ability to write scripts and basic JSON/cXML format statements
โ€ข Coordinates & provides input to technology and data staging (functional and technical)
โ€ข Manages technical documentation creation, analysis, and maintenance (specifications, technology documents, error handling guides, test scenarios, etc.)
โ€ข Runs project meetings in conjunction with other team members, providing technology considerations, notes, and takeaways
โ€ข Conducts technology research and analysis supporting project business rules
โ€ข Provides pre-sales technical support including RFx responses, presenting at BD pitches, conducting solution design, and reviewing contracts as needed for technical and invoicing requirements
โ€ข Manages, coaches, and directs the work of configuration and testing resources on and/or offshore
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience with project management, reporting and data modelling
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent experience
โ€ข Expert proficiency in creating effective architectural designs for highly complex integration architectures
โ€ข Expert consulting, negotiating, communicating, consensus building, influencing, presentation and facilitation skills with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels
โ€ข Expert innovator with the ability to think beyond established standards and processes
โ€ข Expert-level knowledge and experience applying current and emerging technology solutions and trends to solve for complex business problems
โ€ข Working knowledge of various consulting/project methodologies, including Agile PM, Design Thinking Methodology, and Test Automation
โ€ข Extensive knowledge of integration file formats and canonical structures, transmission protocols and transformation technologies
โ€ข Moderate understanding of coding languages & mathematical logic
โ€ข Ability to write basic and modify SQL, cXML, JSON, and HTTP response statements
โ€ข Ability to configure and troubleshoot integration endpoint setup, transmission protocols, encryption of data transmission, and middleware calls
โ€ข Moderate understanding of transmission and file encryption, and general data security (GDPR, SOX, etc.)
โ€ข Exceptional Technical leadership experience
โ€ข Expert-level ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately to all levels and audiences
โ€ข Thorough knowledge of process modelling techniques and protocols
โ€ข Expert-level knowledge of the staffing industry, HR and recruiting practices
Preferred:
โ€ข Five+ (5+) years of VMS experience preferred
โ€ข Three+ (3+) years of implementation experience preferred
