Job description

Are you an experienced Oracle Architect who is ready to take our company on a remarkable Oracle Cloud implementation journey? Well look no further! We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and governance of our Oracle Cloud ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in defining enterprise application strategy, guiding business transformation initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions that support our global operations.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and associated Oracle Cloud technologies, while partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive enterprise transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Establish Oracle Fusion architecture standards, governance models, and implementation roadmaps.
Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives.
Provide architectural oversight across ERP, EPM, Integration, Analytics, and OCI initiatives.
Develop end-to-end architecture and solution blueprints leveraging Oracle ERP, EPM, FDI, OIC, and OCI.
Lead system design and implementation activities while serving as the Oracle Fusion subject matter expert.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Corporate Systems leadership to optimize business processes and maximize Oracle Fusion capabilities.
Assess business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable, and efficient cloud solutions.
Work with business and technology partners to deliver solutions that drive process simplification, automation, innovation, and operational efficiency for cloud-based systems that include Oracle FUSION, IntelliMatch, Concur, Wall Street Suite, and Ceridian.
Lead cross-functional solution design spanning Oracle Cloud applications and third-party enterprise platforms.
Define enterprise integration architecture leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, REST/SOAP services, event-driven architectures, Kafka, middleware, and external SaaS platforms.
Define enterprise data architecture, reporting strategy, and analytics capabilities utilizing Oracle FDI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and enterprise reporting platforms.
Lead data migration, master data governance, reconciliation, and data quality strategies.
Govern integration standards, monitoring, security, reliability, and performance across enterprise applications.
Drive solution quality, scalability, security, supportability, performance, and adoption across Oracle Cloud platforms.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout architecture, implementation, and operational support lifecycles.
Lead Oracle Cloud release planning, impact assessment, testing strategies, and feature adoption activities.
Serve as a champion for collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the organization.

Qualifications:

12+ years of enterprise applications experience with 7+ years focused on Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion architecture and delivery.
Successfully architected and delivered multiple Oracle Fusion ERP implementations involving global, multi-entity, or multi-country deployments.
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud architecture with hands-on experience across Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and related modules.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, enterprise application integration patterns, SaaS solution design principles, and business process transformation methodologies.
Proven experience architecting integrated Oracle Cloud solutions spanning ERP, EPM, HCM, OIC, FDI, OCI, and third-party enterprise platforms.
Experience architecting solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including networking, IAM, security zones, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Strong understanding of non-functional requirements - security, performance, scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery for Oracle SaaS / PaaS
Ability to lead cross-functional solution design spanning ERP, EPM, and third-party applications.
Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills/experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Oracle Cloud certifications strongly preferred.
Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly release management, impact assessment, testing strategy, and feature adoption.

Nice to have:
Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry
Migration from Oracle eBS on-prem to Oracle Cloud ERP experience

Pay Transparency Statement

Convera is committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local laws. For this position, the expected base salary range is [$130,000 - $165,000] per year, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. We use a tiered geographic pay system to ensure fairness across regions. Candidates in high-cost areas may receive higher offers within the posted range.
