Job description

If you're looking to evolve your career beyond the traditional account services job, keep reading.
We do things differently here at Fast Horse. In fact, "account services" has never been a good descriptor for the way we work, so we've decided to shed that label and focus on the management of Integrated Teams to better reflect the importance of the role in our agency.
Smart, curious, creative, collaborative, driven and optimistic are just table stakes. We need problem-solvers looking to push boundaries, reimagine modern marketing and do career-defining work for some of the world's best-known brands.
We are an independent, integrated agency built to unlock maximum value for our clients and potential in our people. No working in silos or fighting for a seat at the table. No competing interests, egos or incentives. Ideas come from everyone.
Our proposition starts with world-class strategists, creatives, producers and amplification specialists locking arms from the initial brief all the way through execution. It ensures organizing ideas are optimized for earned, shared, owned and paid media from the outset. And it ends with campaigns where every element works harder by working together.
At the center of it all are those who direct and manage our Integrated Teams because they are responsible for the overall success of our work. Ideal candidates for the Director, Integrated Teams position will have 8+ years of agency experience in account services or integrated project management, and the ability to deliver integrated campaigns.
If you like setting your sights on the next-to-impossible and inspiring teams to find the way forward, here's more detail about the role and the expectations that go along with it:
  • Manage day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns, ranging from the planning and strategy phase all the way through final execution and reporting
  • Work closely with project managers and producers to ensure the quality and efficiency of projects and campaigns
  • Establish and manage client relationships, including managing expectations and delivering truly excellent work
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses and needs and make Fast Horse an indispensable and trusted partner
  • Display a strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification (paid/earned/owned media) disciplines, along with the ability to push the work at every turn
  • Ensure all work is "on brief," on budget and meets established KPIs
  • Develop campaign SOWs, manage budgets, and ensure accurate expense tracking and client billing
  • Spot opportunities and challenges before clients do
  • Immerse yourself in the workings of our disciplines, our process and become an expert on how integration can produce amazing work and bring value to our clients and people
  • Step outside of your comfort zone at work and in everyday life
  • Contribute to a culture and environment that fosters professional development, personal growth and respect for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for all employees

Find your passion and take on the biggest stages in our industry. That's what a career at Fast Horse offers.
