Position Overview
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing integrated marketing initiatives that support the growth of the COSMEDIX brand.
Working closely with Brand Management, Creative, Digital, Sales, Education, Product Development, and Operations, this role manages flawless execution of marketing projects ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, building strong cross-functional relationships across every marketing touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across professional, e-commerce, DTC, Amazon, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and launch plans.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage campaign assets, approvals, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are consistently executed across all customer and professional touchpoints.

Product Launches & Commercial Support
  • Coordinate the execution of new product launches from planning through market introduction.
  • Partner with Brand Management, Creative, Digital, Education, and Sales teams to develop marketing materials and launch assets.
  • Support the creation of merchandising tools, sales collateral, educational materials, promotional campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Help ensure every launch is executed consistently across all channels.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
  • Coordinate website updates, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, promotional content, and product detail pages.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to execute campaigns that support traffic, engagement, and online sales.
  • Assist with Amazon content updates and merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure digital assets remain current, accurate, and aligned with the marketing calendar.

Influencer, PR & Brand Activation
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, product seeding, gifting, and creator campaigns.
  • Support public relations initiatives, media outreach, award submissions, and product launches.
  • Assist in planning trade shows, educational events, customer experiences, and brand activations.
  • Help extend the impact of earned media across digital and social channels.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Sales, Education, Product Development, and Operations.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Communicate project updates and proactively identify opportunities to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Maintain organized marketing resources and project documentation.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reporting.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and execution.
  • Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or project management, preferably within beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing, email marketing, social media, e-commerce, or influencer programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management platforms, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
