As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you'll help shape how brands partner with DraftKings by creating strategic, integrated marketing proposals that bring ideas to life. You'll work across Sales, Account Management, Creative, and Marketing to develop compelling partnership solutions that connect partner objectives with our platforms and audiences. From leading the response to inbound requests for proposals to crafting impactful presentations and storytelling, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities while showcasing the full value of the DraftKings ecosystem.

What you'll do as an Integrated Marketing Specialist
  • Own the end-to-end response process for inbound partnership requests for proposals, delivering strategic, polished, and timely submissions.
  • Build client-facing proposal decks that combine compelling storytelling, creative concepts, custom partnership recommendations, and visually engaging presentations.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to understand partner goals, key performance indicators, and business objectives, translating them into integrated marketing solutions.
  • Position DraftKings' platforms, sponsorship opportunities, and marketing offerings in ways that clearly demonstrate value and support revenue growth.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions that generate innovative campaign ideas and partnership concepts.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Project Management teams to manage design requests, project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication throughout the proposal process.
  • Develop quarterly case studies that highlight integrated partner campaigns and demonstrate the impact of DraftKings' marketing solutions.
What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, sales marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience developing client-facing sales materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Creative, Marketing, and Project Management.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Experience supporting sponsorships, brand partnerships, media sales, sports marketing, advertising sales, or related industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, project management platforms, or other sales enablement tools, along with knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, branded content, media planning, experiential activations, or digital media.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
