Job Summary: As a Project Manager I at LogistiQ, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their project management skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment on a path to a Project Manager II.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
Task Management: Track and monitor project tasks, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress to senior management.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination across departments.
Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks or roadblocks and work with the team to develop solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Support in preparing presentations and updates for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • There are no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel Demands:
  • The role may require occasional travel to project sites across regions and may involve exposure to industrial environments, including moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels. Compliance with proper safety standards per OSHA regulations is mandatory.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
  • The work environment is pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in an office setting but does have frequent interaction with the shop floor. On the shop floor, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed and the air temperature fluctuates with the seasonal weather.
