Job description

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Model

Location: Spring Hill, TN Job Type: Part-Time / PRN

Why Join Sport Ortho Urgent Care?

At Sport Ortho Urgent Care, we believe Physical Therapists should have the time, resources, and support to deliver the highest quality conservative musculoskeletal care —not be burned out by unrealistic patient loads. Unlike high-volume clinics that push quantity over quality, our PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day. This manageable caseload gives you the ability to practice at the top of your license, spend meaningful time with patients, and achieve better outcomes.

We continue to lead the way in innovative, value-based conservative care by utilizing Physical Therapists as direct access providers for all patients. This forward-thinking approach allows PTs to be the front line of musculoskeletal care while working within a fully integrated orthopedic model.

Core Focus We do our individual and collective best to serve each other and our patients through conservative care in musculoskeletal health!

Here's What Sets Us Apart
  • Collaborative Care Model: Work directly alongside Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons under one roof.
  • Top-of-Field Practice: With in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care, you'll deliver the highest standard of conservative treatment possible.
  • True Work-Life Balance: Manageable daily volumes, realistic productivity expectations, and a team-based approach that supports your professional growth.
