Real Chemistry is continuously building a pipeline of strong client services talent to support our growing medical communications business. We are interested in connecting with professionals across levels, from Senior Account Managers to Account Directors and levels beyond.

Our account teams are responsible for leading client relationships and delivering integrated programs across publications, medical affairs, promotional communications, and scientific visualization.

We operate in a hybrid model, with offices in New York City, Boston, Lambertville, Chicago, San Francisco, and Carmel. We are also open to remote candidates. For some roles, travel or close proximity to a client location may be required, which will be discussed throughout the interview process.

  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within accounts
  • Provide leadership and mentorship at more senior levels
What You Bring
  • Experience within a medical communications or healthcare agency environment
  • Strong understanding of publications, medical affairs, and/or promotional workstreams
  • Proven ability to manage clients and deliver complex programs
  • Commercial acumen, including scope and budget management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
