The Events & Experience Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist, Strategy & Marketing Engine to translate portfolio and business priorities into integrated marketing programs that grow priority audiences, deepen engagement and deliver measurable business results across the Events & Experience Marketing portfolio. Working within portfolio strategies and priorities established by Strategy & Marketing Engine leadership, this senior individual contributor will lead complex marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, bringing modern marketing expertise, strong cross-functional leadership and a data-driven approach to audience growth, sponsorship activation and experience marketing. The successful candidate will combine audience insight, integrated campaign development, creative problem solving, AI-enabled marketing practices and performance analytics to strengthen the impact of events, experiences and engagement programs globally.
As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, Strategy & Marketing Engine you will:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for assigned events, experiences and portfolio initiatives - translating business objectives, audience priorities and value propositions into clear plans that drive awareness, registration, attendance and engagement.
  • Lead audience development and engagement - using segmentation, account and audience insights, customer journeys and channel strategy to identify, attract, nurture and convert priority audiences across the event lifecycle.
  • Lead modern, multi-channel campaign execution - partnering across content, creative, digital, communications, field and regional marketing, Sales and other teams to deliver coordinated campaigns across email, web, social, paid, partner and emerging channels, using modern marketing technologies to improve speed, personalization and performance.
  • Drive cross-functional planning and alignment - independently leading complex workstreams, developing briefs and recommendations, managing timelines and dependencies, and influencing stakeholders to move work from strategy through execution.
  • Lead assigned sponsorship, partner activation and marketing enablement initiatives - developing audience and activation plans, tools, playbooks, templates and best practices that help teams and partners consistently execute high-quality, business-aligned marketing.
  • Use data, performance insights, AI and experimentation to improve results - defining campaign success measures, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities to optimize audience, creative and channel strategies, and translating results into actionable recommendations for future programs.

Required qualifications
  • Typically requires 8 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, audience marketing, event or experience marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-performing modern marketer, combining strategic thinking, creativity, brand orientation and analytical decision making.
  • Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints to reach, engage and activate priority audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing measurement and performance KPIs, with demonstrated ability to evaluate results, identify insights and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Proficiency using AI-enabled tools in marketing and creative workflows, with demonstrated ability to apply AI responsibly to research, insights, ideation, content and creative development, personalization, campaign optimization and productivity.
  • Proven creative problem-solving ability, including challenging traditional approaches, testing new ideas and identifying better ways to engage audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute marketing programs from concept through measurement, managing multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across event, content, digital, creative and other marketing teams and external partners to translate strategy into coordinated execution.
