Establish and enforce engineering standards, specifications, governance processes, and technical decision-making frameworks across CCC and CCA, serving as the technical authority for engineering integrity and key engineering decisions.

Drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement through the adoption of proven technologies, industry best practices, and lessons learned, ensuring engineering solutions are practical, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with long-term operational performance.

Establish the IES organizational structure, resource strategy, and capacity plans while managing a shared engineering resource pool that maximizes utilization, optimizes internal and external support, and scales effectively with project demand.

Develop organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership while fostering a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, innovation, quality, and cost efficiency.

Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering support throughout all project phases, overseeing engineering quality, reliability, resource allocation, and technical execution to achieve project objectives, schedules, budgets, and operational requirements.

What Are We Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline) with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations and delivering complex industrial capital projects.

Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across PMO, operations, plant, regional, and corporate teams.
