You will work closely with internal leadership, external agencies, and creative partners to bring integrated campaigns to life, analyze performance data, and help refine our go-to-market efforts.

What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Content Management
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and event channels.

  • Own email marketing administration, including campaign setup, segmentation, dynamic content build, and automated workflow management on Mailchimp.

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with creative partners and external agencies to ensure deliverables are on brief, on brand, and on schedule.

Digital Channels & Website Management
  • Manage, update, and optimize digital channels and website content to support ongoing campaigns and user engagement.

  • Update site content and layout design as necessary to improve user experience and keep messaging current.

  • Execute paid and organic social media strategies across key platforms to build brand awareness and drive traffic.

  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance, deriving actionable insights for future content optimization.

Events & Webinar Coordination
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, promotion alignment, tech setup, and lead capture for virtual webinars and in-person events.

  • Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event nurture sequences to maximize attendee ROI and pipeline conversion.

  • Build and set up landing pages and automation workflows to support event registration and follow-up.

  • Prepare communication kits and collateral for stakeholder outreach to expand event reach.

  • Update and maintain accurate client and attendee lists to support post-event engagement.

Analytics, Martech & Data Hygiene
  • Maintain martech platform health, ensuring proper tag management, campaign tracking (UTMs), and contact list hygiene.

  • Monitor cross-channel marketing analytics, analyzing campaign impact against business goals.

  • Proactively identify process improvements and test new tactics to increase lead quality and overall channel effectiveness.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: 2-4 years of full-time marketing experience, preferably within an integrated or multi-channel marketing environment.

  • Hands-on Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).

  • Social & Digital Expertise: Demonstrated capability executing both organic and paid social media programs across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Zoho) and data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to evaluate metrics and make data-informed recommendations.

  • Strategic Ownership: Ability to take direct ownership of projects from concept to completion while identifying how tactical execution connects to strategic goals.

  • Communication & Project Management: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of managing competing deadlines.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing agency relationships, external contractors, or creative vendors.

  • Familiarity with design and layout tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud) for light image resizing, asset adaptation, and presentation deck creation (e.g., Google Slides).

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management workflows.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex campaign timelines and deliverables.
