MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a high-performing intake professional who excels in client communication, lead conversion, and high-volume call handling.
This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact for potential clients, requiring empathy, persistence, and the ability to effectively screen and convert qualified personal injury cases.
Salary Range:  $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
  • Conduct initial client interviews with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Screen and qualify personal injury cases based on firm criteria
  • Follow up consistently with all pending leads and inquiries to maximize conversion
  • Respond quickly to new inquiries and establish strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records in the case management system and intake logs
  • Collaborate with team members to complete the intake and consultation process
  • Assist attorneys and staff with opening new cases and administrative tasks
  • Track referrals, client data, and communications using spreadsheets and CRM tools
