This role requires a working knowledge of how care pathways unfold across multiple advanced therapy types, and the judgment to manage competing scheduling constraints without compromising the patient's treatment timeline.The Coordinator proactively identifies and escalates potential risks or conflicts in patient scheduling before they impact care, and coordinates schedules across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical functions, including physicians, nursing teams, pharmacy, and financial clearance. Because scheduling changes can ripple across a patient's broader care plan, this role also requires the ability to anticipate downstream impacts-understanding how both clinical adjustments and non-clinical factors, such as insurance or coverage changes, can affect a patient's treatment schedule, and coordinating proactively to keep care on track.This role requires strong organizational discipline and the interpersonal ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and administrative teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
