The Intake & Marketing Specialist role at Tomeny | Best Injury Attorneys is designed to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a pivotal first point of contact, you will enable our clients to feel welcome and supported, reinforcing our mission to advocate for justice while simultaneously offering opportunities for growth into marketing responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Phone Coverage: Answer and route all inbound calls to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Client Intake: Gather and record detailed information from new client inquiries, building trust and guiding conversations.
• Overflow Coverage: Serve as additional support during peak call times to maintain seamless client service.
• Mail Processing: Manage incoming mail, including scanning, naming, and routing documents accurately.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and communication support as needed.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to organic social media posting and assist with brand engagement initiatives.

• Outstanding Phone Presence: Friendly, warm, and professional demeanor to create a positive caller experience.
