Your Mission


As our Intake Coordinator, you'll be the organizational superstar behind our Clinical Team. You'll help keep everything running smoothly by supporting client intake, case management, clinical reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations.


Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)


What You'll Be Doing


  • Support the Clinical Director and Clinical Team with administrative projects
  • Enter and manage data across multiple clinical database systems
  • Coordinate client intake by communicating with caregivers and referring physicians to help families get started with services
  • Partner with field staff and school personnel to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Prepare clinical reports and assist with case management activities
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
  • Jump in wherever needed to support our growing team

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
