The Roleย 

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Go-To-Market Business Development team in New York. In this role, you will support the team with the administrative and operational workload of onboarding new clients, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring smooth project execution across our client baseย and internal teams. You will serve as a point of contact for client intake, follow-ups, training coordination, and compliance tracking,ย helping the team stay organized and responsive as we scale.ย 

Keyย Responsibilities:ย 

  • Support client onboarding by coordinating intake processes, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring clients are set up in internal systemsย 
  • Provide day-to-day support including status updates, progress tracking, and follow-up communications with clients and internal stakeholdersย 
  • Update andย maintainย the CRM with detailed notes on client interactions, follow-ups, intake status, and project milestonesย 
  • Assistย with training management by organizing training schedules, materials, and tracking completion across the client baseย 
  • Monitor and update compliance dashboards, working closely with engineers and team members to track project status and flag issuesย 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and internal teams to assess progress, gather feedback, and escalate concerns as neededย 
  • Support project management workflows byย maintainingย trackers, preparing status reports, and coordinating across cross-functional teamsย 
  • Assistย with general business development administrative tasks to reduce the operational burden on senior team membersย 

Requirements

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldย 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business, finance, or project coordination roleย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and cross-functional teamsย 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyย 
  • Proficiencyย with CRM platforms and comfort working with project management and tracking toolsย 
  • Experience with or exposure to AI tools and platforms is a plus, but notย requiredย 
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentย

Compensation:
