Salary: Starting at $70,000/year + Benefits

Evan F. Nappen Attorney At Law, PC is a highly respected Criminal Defense law firm located in central New Jersey, with a nationally recognized focus on Firearms Law and the Second Amendment. We’re seeking a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney ready to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client interviews and assist in case intake and preparation
  • Research legal issues and draft legal documents, including motions, letters, and briefs
  • Represent clients at hearings and proceedings (in-person and via Zoom)

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
  • Travel throughout New Jersey may be required
