Job description

We're working with an established, growing law firm looking to add an Intake & Conflicts Specialist to its New Hire Conflicts team. This role reviews candidate conflicts questionnaires, runs conflicts searches, and digs into complex conflicts issues across corporate and legal entity structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Review candidate conflicts questionnaires for completeness and compliance with firm policy and ethical obligations
  • Run new hire conflicts searches using firm databases and established protocols, applying Boolean search logic per firm policy
  • Research and analyze parties, corporate affiliations, and related entities using internal and external resources
  • Filter and analyze search results to flag potential conflicts issues and escalate as needed
  • Communicate with candidates, recruiters, attorneys, and administrative staff on conflicts inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate documentation of conflicts analysis
  • Support training and process improvement projects related to conflicts and onboarding

What you bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience processing conflict checks and intake requests via Intapp Open (required)
  • Experience with Intapp Walls as an admin user (preferred)
  • Database/corporate research experience — Hoovers/Dun & Bradstreet, Bureau van Dijk, or Capital IQ (required)
  • Experience with 3E and/or iManage a plus

Compensation up to $85,000 plus benefits

Role is FULLY REMOTE from PST, MST timezones
