Responsibilities
  • Work assigned lead lists using the Allstate Lead Manager system
  • Follow the Liability-First sales process in every client interaction
  • Make outbound calls and texts to connect with prospects
  • Follow up with new business clients to discuss life insurance options and gather referrals
  • Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients when appropriate

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
