Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Act as an intermediary between agent and broker regarding new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals
  • Answer agent inquiries and questions
  • Assist agents with the completion of renewal applications
  • Provide payment options to agents
  • Provide accurate and timely client invoicing
  • Ensure that all paper and digital files are accurately maintained
  • Issuing, quoting, and proper processing of bonds
  • Assist other team members with duties as assigned



Qualifications:
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Property & Casualty insurance experience is necessary
  • Desire to continually learn about the industry's markets
  • Ability to build positive relationships and excellent customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with some client relationship software and MS Excel is desired, but not required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • This role requires a workspace that supports secure, consistent, direct, and hardwired connectivity
