Receptionist/Billing Support (Temp-to-Hire/PT to FT)
Waukesha, WI | $20/hr | Monday–Friday | Casual Dress
Join a small, family-run company supplying top-quality industrial cleaning equipment to major businesses. If you’re confident, eager to learn, and looking for a supportive team where you can grow, this opportunity offers long-term stability, hands-on training, and a casual work environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Professionally answer incoming phone calls (low volume) as the first point of contact
  • Handle customer billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Desktop (training available; possible transition to online in the future)
  • Process handwritten service tickets, apply payments, and assist with light collections
  • Manage vendor bills, inventory tasks, and basic emails
  • Interact with drivers and commercial customers
  • Cover for staff vacations and absences as needed
  • Work within a supportive team—never left on your own, training provided

What We’re Looking For:
  • Confident and friendly
  • Willing to learn new systems and take notes during training (QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required)
