Launch a high-income career in Property & Casualty Insurance with a $37,440 base salary plus advanced commissions based on your potential. Our compensation plan ensures youll earn at least $75,000 to $95,000 in your first year, with top performers on track for $300,000$400,000 W-2 income within 6 years.


This role is in-office for the first 90 days to provide hands-on training and support. Youll learn our proven sales process from experienced producers, and join senior producers in client meetings as you build your book of business.


We provide a customized training plan based on your experience, with the opportunity to earn CRIS, TRIP, or CIC designations.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
  • Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license - we will cover all licensing costs
