In this role, you will develop new client relationships, provide customized insurance solutions, and drive sales across multiple product lines. Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, online leads, and community engagement

Conduct consultative appointments to assess client needs and design tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines

Grow and manage your client portfolio through consistent follow-up, cross-selling, and relationship-building


Meet or exceed monthly production and profitability goals


Deliver an outstanding client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term retention


Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory standards


Requirements

Proven success in sales (insurance, financial services, real estate, or other performance-driven fields)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales in a consultative environment


Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for independence and financial growth


Must hold, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency provides training and covers fees)


Bachelors degree preferred; minimum High School Diploma or GED required
