Territory Sales Manager

Springfield, IL

$150K+ OTE | $85-90K Base + Uncapped Incentives

Are you an established medical sales professional looking for a territory with strong earning potential, an established customer base, and an innovative product portfolio?

Our client is a global leader in intimate healthcare and is expanding its presence across Central Illinois. This is an opportunity to partner with physicians, improve patient outcomes, and build long-term relationships while representing a respected industry leader.


What You'll Do

  • Manage an established territory throughout Central Illinois (excluding Chicago)
  • Call primarily on Urology practices (approximately 80%)
  • Develop business within Rehabilitation Centers, Hospitals, and VA facilities (approximately 20%)
  • Partner with providers to increase product adoption and educate patients on available support programs
  • Grow existing business while identifying new opportunities throughout your territory


Territory

This is a field-based position covering much of Central Illinois, including Springfield, Peoria, Rockford, and surrounding communities.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of successful medical sales experience (device, pharma, DME, or related healthcare sales)
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
  • Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and driven to win


Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000-$90,000 base salary
