Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused professional with a strong track record of growing business and influencing outcomes in healthcare. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building connections, driving referrals and admissions, and leading with both confidence and compassion.


More than a business development position, this opportunity allows you to serve as a trusted partner to patients and families, guiding them through the hospice journey with empathy, dignity, and care.


The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare business development, particularly in admissions and referrals, along with success managing key accounts in the Metro Atlanta market. This senior-level role will play a critical part in expanding census for one of Georgia’s longest-serving nonprofit providers of hospice and home-based healthcare.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience (Hospice or Home Health preferred)
  • Proven track record of growing referrals, managing key accounts, and delivering measurable results.
  • Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta healthcare market is a plus.
  • A natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust quickly.
  • Empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence, you care deeply about the people you serve.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and confident working independently
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $80,000 – $120,000 base salary + growth potential
