Responsibilities
  • Actively dial and reach out to clients with leads provided by the company, as well as existing customers in the agency.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
  • Present and explain Allstate insurance products and services clearly and enthusiastically.
  • Develop customized insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements
  • Valid Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
  • Previous success in a sales or customer-facing role (Required).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology and sales tools.
