We’re seeking a highly experienced Supermarket Rack Technician to join our service team.

Compensation:

$35 - $50 hourly DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration rack systems (CO₂ and HFC systems preferred). 
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on refrigeration and control systems. 
  • Handle compressor changeouts, EEV retrofits, leak detection, and defrost issues. 
  • Program and troubleshoot control systems (Emerson E2, Danfoss, etc.). 
  • Respond to emergency service calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism. 
  • Complete service documentation and communicate findings with clients and management. 
  • Mentor junior techs and help promote a safety-first culture. 
  • This position is safety sensitive. 

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with supermarket rack systems. 
  • EPA Universal Certification required. 
  • OSHA 10 certification is highly preferred. 
  • Experience with CO₂ transcritical racks is a strong plus. 
  • Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams. 
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. 
  • Willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. 
  • Ability to travel when needed to meet customer standards.
