Como referente de la transformacion ecologica, en Veolia ofrecemos soluciones para la gestion eficiente de las actividades de agua, residuos y energia, impulsando el desarrollo sostenible de las ciudades, industrias y agricultura.

Trabajamos principalmente en tres grandes areas: agua,  ofreciendo soluciones tanto en gestion urbana como industrial; residuos  transformandolos en nuevos recursos, y energia mejorando la eficiencia y reduciendo el consumo y las emisiones en edificios, industrias y ciudades.

Descripcion del empleo

Buscamos un Jefe de Oficina Tecnica y Ofertas con amplia experiencia en proyectos de
instalaciones industriales para liderar la preparacion tecnica, valoracion de proyectos y
soporte tecnico en la ejecucion de obras.
Seras responsable de garantizar la viabilidad tecnica y economica de nuestros proyectos,
asi como de proporcionar apoyo especializado durante la fase de ejecucion.

Responsabilidades:

  • Preparacion tecnica de proyectos: Analisis, diseno y especificacion tecnica de instalaciones industriales (climatizacion, PCI, sistemas de seguridad, etc.)
  • Valoracion y presupuestacion: Elaboracion de presupuestos tecnicos y economicos competitivos para ofertas comerciales
  • Gestion de ofertas: Coordinacion integral del proceso de oferta, desde la recepcion de solicitudes hasta la presentacion final
  • Soporte tecnico en obra: Asesoramiento tecnico durante la ejecucion de proyectos, resolucion de incidencias y optimizacion de procesos
  • Control de calidad: Verificacion del cumplimiento de especificaciones tecnicas y normativas aplicables
  • Documentacion tecnica: Elaboracion de planos, esquemas, memorias tecnicas y documentacion de proyecto
  • Coordinacion: Trabajo colaborativo con departamentos comercial, produccion y direccion
  • Normativa y seguridad: Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de normativas tecnicas de seguridad y medioambientales
Requisitos

Formacion:

  • Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o titulacion equivalente
  • Formacion complementaria en sistemas de climatizacion, PCI u otras instalaciones industriales (valorable)

Experiencia:

  • Minimo 10 anos de experiencia en proyectos de instalaciones industriales
  • Experiencia demostrada en climatizacion, sistemas PCI, fontaneria industrial o
  • similares
  • Experiencia en preparacion tecnica de ofertas y presupuestacion
  • Experiencia en soporte tecnico durante ejecucion de obras
  • Conocimiento de normativa tecnica y de seguridad aplicable

Competencias tecnicas:

  • Dominio de software CAD (AutoCAD o similar)
  • Manejo de herramientas de presupuestacion: Presto, Google Sheet, Smartsheet
  • Conocimiento de normativas: CTE, RITE, RD 1027/2007, UNE, etc.
  • Capacidad de calculo y dimensionamiento de instalaciones
