Nuestro cliente, una Consultora de RRHH de la provincia de Malaga de primer nivel, busca ampliar su plantilla con la incorporacion de un becario.
La persona seleccionada servira como apoyo en las funciones de seleccion realizadas por el equipo de consultores.
Principales funciones:
+ Elaboracion de ofertas de empleo y publicacion en portales de empleo.
+ Busqueda activa de candidatos.
+ Criba curricular y filtros de los candidatos.
+ Entrevistas telefonicas, online y presenciales.
+ Elaboracion de informes y valoracion de candidatos.
Perfil demandado:
+ Formacion en curso en Psicologia, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar o en Cursos especificos o postgrados relacionados con los RRHH que contemplen convenios de colaboracion de practicas curriculares o extracurriculares.
+ Nivel de ingles intermedio-avanzado.
+ Experiencia en el manejo del paquete Office.
+ Valorable experiencia en seleccion.
