Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, the Director of Corporate Strategy plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and driving key initiatives. This individual partners with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, address complex business challenges, and ensure alignment with overarching organizational objectives. They lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact projects, and inspire a high-performing strategy team to deliver exceptional results

This job is located on-site at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate long-term strategies that align with organizational goals, informed by market trends and competitive insights.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Leadership: Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution including preparing materials and facilitating workshops.
  • Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
  • Trend Monitoring: Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to inform strategic recommendations

What You Will Need to Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experiencepreferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles (retail, consumer, or omnichannel experience stronglypreferred)
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.
