The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, experience handling patient or client scheduling, and a strong understanding of insurance verification and office operations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, clients, and visitors with professionalism and positivity

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

Verify insurance information and assist with documentation

Maintain accurate records and update office systems

Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support

Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and management

Handle scheduling conflicts and patient inquiries professionally

Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
