Our Agent has a financial background, helping clients with in-depth life insurance discussions and financial planning. Were all about driving results, supporting each other, continuous learning, and most importantly helping our customers make smart insurance choices they can count on.
What Youll Do:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and assist clients through the sales process to close deals.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Be a key connector between clients, agents, and the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training.
  • Support the Agency in achieving overall sales goals and customer satisfaction.
