Responsibilities

Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are effectively managed.

Manage claim's process for all Commercial clients including taking first notices of loss, claims and follow-up inquiries.

Policy Administration: Handle all aspects of policy processing, including issuance, renewal, and endorsement requests.

Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

Insurance Consultation: Analyze clients' insurance portfolios, providing recommendations to enhance coverage and optimize their insurance plans.

Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and transactions within the agency's systems.

Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments of potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty towards The Lowa Group Inc.


Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial lines or a similar field is required.

Licensing: A current PA State insurance license is a necessity.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
