We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant t to join our in-office team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial insurance team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your base salary will range from $40,000 - $60,000with bonus opportunities on top.

Part time will ideally be 20 - 30 hours per week, preferably mornings.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Commercial Insurance team with clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients over phone and email, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
