Join the Mey's Insurance Services team in Jurupa Valley, CA. Our company focuses on Personal Line sells to bilingual/spanish speaking customers.This exciting role offers you the chance to make a difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and make phone calls to answer cusomer questions and provide insurance quotes. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their insurance inquiries.
  • Process policy sales, changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and options.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional coverage to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Perfsonal Line Insurance experience preferred.
