Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn about the insurance products we offer, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best coverage to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Provide quotes and explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions clearly
  • Process applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role preferred
  • Valid insurance license as required by state law
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
